1.Is the potential Market for the product or service adequate to support your franchise? Will the prices you charge be in line with the market?
Yes, and the price we charge is in line with the market.

2.What will the competition, direct or indirect, be in your sales territory? Do any other franchisees operate in this general area?
Yes. Our competitor is Viewnet, Ashashi IT, Thundermatch, PC-Zone and Computer SriMaju.

3.Is the franchise international, national, regional, or local in scope? Does it involve full- or part-time involvement? 
ALL IT Hypermarket is still a local franchise in Malaysia.

4.How many years has the franchiser been in operation? Does it have a sound reputation for honest dealings with franchisees?
Around 12 years since year 2000. We have good partnership among all the franchisees.

5.How many franchisees have left the system within the past year? What were their reasons for leaving?
No one.

6.Will the franchise perform a location analysis to help you find a suitable site? If so, is there an extra charge for doing so?
There no any extra charge for finding a suitable location.

7.How risky is the franchise opportunity? Is the return on the investment consistent with the risk?
It might be risky and in return it might not be consistent.

I think I am able to manage a business faster then I though.

Questions to Ask Current Franchisees

1.How much does your franchise gross per year? How much does it net? Are the procedures followed to make royalty payments to the franchisee burdensome?

2.Are the financial projections of revenues, expenses, and profits that the franchisor provided me accurate in your judgment?
Yes.

3.Does the franchisor give you enough assistance in operating your business?

Yes they do. IT business is different with others. So,they will assist me to operate this kind business.

4.How many hours, on average, do you work a week?
All the staff have to work for 5 days a week, 10 hours per day. For Saturday and Sunday, we will hire the part time workers.

5.How often do you get a vacation?
We got 10 days a year.

6.Have you been caught off-guard by unexpected costs or expectations?
No.

7.Does your franchisor provide ongoing training and support to you?
Yes, they will provide training to new franchisees.

8.If you had to do it all over again, would you purchase a franchise in this system? Why or why not?
Yes.Because I can make profit from it.Haha.

Yes, I can accept the finacial risk. If the business really failure, I think I would let it to another person.

Sure. I will plan my timetable well so that I can handle well for the task given in this franchise business.
